Before we tour homes together, I'll ask you to sign a simple Touring Agreement. It's not a long-term exclusive commitment — it just covers the time we spend together visiting homes, protects your interests, and keeps everything above board for both of us. No obligation beyond that session.
Think of it as our first real conversation — walking through homes in Flagler County and the surrounding area, getting a feel for what you love, talking through the process, and deciding together whether we're the right fit.
If we click, great. If not, you walk away with real market knowledge and zero strings attached. The Buyer Broker Agreement comes later — when you're ready, and only when it makes sense for both of us.
